Dogs named after characters...

Just had a chat with a neighbour about my wallies, she loves them and wondered where we have been (isolated with kc!!) and she asked where I got Deacon's name from and I said "Oh its after a character from the film Blade, played by Stephen Dorff" She looked a bit bemused!!! I love vampire films you see So I wondered if any of you also named your dogs after characters or famous people??

Lovely thread

Gremlin is named after the film Gremlins, [ cos of her daft big ears ]

Fluke is named after the book and film by James Herbert as well as it being a fluke that I adopted him,[ was looking for a deaf dog at the time but there were none in need though he was later responsible for me also adopting my deaf girls Silk and T`Akaya ]

T`Akaya is named after a character in Stargate SG1
