Summer at last?

Let's hope.

Had a barbie - OH bought T-bone steaks. Mmmm
Asparagus, new pots, salad, strawberries from the allotment, red wine from recent overnight guests - great!
Sun is off the garden now, although it's still really nice.

Dinah had the fat from outside the steaks - Mini attacked the bones (see pics)

Is it too much to hope summer is really here? The forecast isn't good

Corr, I haven't had t-bone steaks for ages as they don't do anything like that in the supermarkets now do they - bet you enjoyed them, and so did Mini by the looks even if it was only the leftovers!

Our forecast is ok I think, but maybe a bit cooler tomorrow, thank goodness, coz it was far too hot for me today. I must be mad I mowed my lawn at 4.00 pm, well half of it, as I had to come in for a lie down and my face had gone all red! It's gone back to normal now though, but left me with a blinding headache, so I'm off to the couch now for another lie down!

I also planned to take Ally swimming tomorrow and if I cant go because of the weather I´ll just go mental

ohhh it was boiling here today down south! i cant stand it when its humid tho
been nice and sunny tho, but had to cut the dog walk short

i think this IS british summer,lol... sunny one day and rainy the next

Gorgeous weather in B'ham but what did I do go to work - should go 4 days a week like some people on here who now eat Tbone steaks on Fridays
