Fresh fruit, low-fat yoghurt, dried fruit, unsalted nuts, fresh veg (celery, capsicum, carrots, etc), low-fat fruit biscuits, Ryvita with light cream cheese & smoked salmon.

Watch out for some of those "be good to yourself/weightwatchers" type biscuits Az. They are very low in fat, but are usually loaded with sugar.
Surely you're not dieting? There's nowt of you kid!

How about berries (Strawbs etc.) and olives. Not at the same time, obviously.

I like those dried fruits they sell at Tesco - Apricots, prunes etc. Although saying that I was eating some prunes which were meant to be stoned and I nearly broke my tooth on one that had been left in

Hummus with toasted pitta and/or fresh veg sticks?
Oatcakes - plain, with a scrape of marmite, with tapenade, with hummus?
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds?
Nuts (plain)?
Popcorn - make it yourself in a pan or the microwave? Eat it plain - no salt or butter
Olives? (not too many....all that salt)

tub of houmous with sticks of carrot and red and yellow peppers, rice crackers (not the horrible tasteless ones that look like rice-krispies stuck together, you can get some really tasty ones from Clearspring that are absolutely delicious), fruit, nuts and seeds, roast vegetable salad.

Fruit;
Cherry tomatoes;
Vegetables (raw carrot is lovely and you can use a low fat, healthy dip);
Tomato juice with or without tabasco sauce;
Low fat yoghurt - frozen yoghurt's wonderful too;
Brown Irish soda bread is nice and really tasty - the cakes you get pre-sliced are only around 100 cals a slice and low fat;
Slices wholemeal or granary bread;
Low fat Soups;
Olives in brine;
Can of tuna in brine;
Pilchards/sardines;
Salad - herbs, watercress, spinach, lettuce, etc., raw veggies such as carrots, toms, peppers, celery, cucumber - topped with herbs, spices and lemon juice;
Grilled chicken breast;
Grilled trout;
Dried fruit (dried prunes/apricots, etc.);
Nuts;
Ryvitas;
Cottge cheese (some lovely ones in the shops with pineapple or chives/onions;
Low fat Philadelphia;
Jacket spud;
Porridge with bits of fruit or honey and made with water and or low/half-fat milk;
Quick stir-fry made with brown rice, veggies and lean protein;

Combinations of all the above.

Homeade flapjacks are good, if you use a low fat recipe they are good for releasing sugar slowly so they keep you full for longer. You can add cherries, raisin ect to them if you want
