I feel bad after not sharing a bit of sandwich with my lot!
Don't know what kind of state the others were in, but anyone who could look at that puppy in their own home for crying out loud and do nothing about it surely has a few loose wires
Aaaaaahhh some people

It's beyond comprehension! Like others have said, she is young and able bodied...she can't claim ignorance because she obviously would have a good level of understanding of animal care. It's just beyond me!! She should be sacked, not disciplined and there's no way any dogs should have been left with her!

What amazes me is that don't her neighbours know she had 8 dogs? If they do they must have realised what a state they were in, either by the fact that she couldn't have walked them in public or if she did they could have seen the state they were in. Maybe a neighbour reported her, but it must have taken quite a while for the dogs to get in that state.

Words fail me. My only thought is that if she has such disregard for the welfare of her dogs, what's she going to be like when she has kids?
