I haven´t seen alot of bull breeds since most of them are banned in my country so I have no idea about your brothers dog but it´s a gorgeous pup and I love his coloring.

They're both gorgeous! I would also think the other dog is some kind of staffie x EBT x jack russell perhaps. I don't think she's a long dog, she looks well too heavy for that. In any case she's adorable, as is Hugo!!
