Thanks Mum - feel better for that! Maltese

I put a scalibur collar on Petto last week and he had a terrible reaction to it, scratching all the time, very lethargic. I took him the the vets and he said he didn't think it would be the collar, but just in case I was to take it off, bath him and see how he went, if no better I was to go back today for blood tests!

Well it was the collar! Ozzie always wears one as extra protection from the sand fly, which causes Leishmania in an awful lot of dogs out here, I noticed loads at the rescue had the disease! So I only hope the spot on Advantix gives him enough protection!

But Petto's so happy now he's had a bath! He says he feels like a new dog

aww.. poor Petto. He looks lovely after his bath.. hope the sand flies don't cause him any probs..

applying advanitx and scalibor collar is too much at once.
try using only one repellent.
