FreeCycle, Use It!

I just thought I would enlighten everybody about this fantastic site!

I became aware of it about 6 months ago now, I listen 2 BBC Radio 2 every week day and they have a website of the day feature, that how I came about it.

Basicly, it is a site where you can advertise your unwanted goods, working and not, and someone else who is in need can email you and ask for them.

Also many people do 'wanted' adds where you can ask for something you need and if someone has one available they will contact you...

It is a non profit site, you give them away hence the name freecycle-recycle.

There is one for every area, being in Oldham, I use 2, Oldham and Manchester.

It is fantastic, I have gave away lots of things, from a settee to a huge rat cage, incidently how I met the breeder of my NI, she was in need of the cage, I delievered it for her then I saw her pregnent NI...

It is done through Yahoo Groups, so if you go into Yahoo groups and type in 'freecycle' a list will pop up and just find your area...

Please use it, it helps save the planet and all...
