My cavvie had ears that dragged along the floor too if not trimmed (well ear hair that did anyway!)

Thanks BlueJay. Malcolm has taken a Layla tooth to the eye during an exciting game of tug! I've bathed it and given him a dose of meloxidyl tonight but it's off to the vets for him tomorrow.
