What do you think would happen...

... if a sniffer dog came into a raw fed dog's house?

I've often thought if a sniffer dog came in whether it would be distracted by the raw meat defrosting and the dog's bowls/places where bones have been

Well, unless they are trained to alert to raw animal meat, not a lot. Different sniffer dogs are trained to alert to difference substances, depending on their job. A bomb disposal dog will not alert to drugs and vice versa.

Not much, search dogs are trained with a toy, no food could compete with a toy so they ignore it.
