Oooh I haven't voted as I can't decide.

Love all eggs - fried - runny so that I can dip my bacon in!
Scrambled - sometimes if I am in the mood.
Boiled - love em and have just bought an egg boiler so that they are perfect every time.
Poached - gorgeous, but I am rubbish at cooking them so have those if I am staying in a hotel for a treat breakfast.

Yum, yum!

Ooooh, I'd already been fantasising about dippy-eggs with soldiers for lunch on Saturday...

Eggy bread with salt and pepper,
Scrambled eggs, beans and cheese on toast,
Fried egg sarnies with lots of tomato sauce,
Poached eggs on English muffins

And not forgetting the egg baked on the top of a Pizza Express Fiorentina pizza

Perfect dippy eggs:
Get a medium-sized pan of water boiling. Put in medium eggs and simmer (not boil!) for exactly 6 minutes - timed. Put the eggs straight from a pan into a bowl of cold water for a minute then eat with salt and soldiers.
