Only Joking....

I think you need a special timer of some kind, or setting on the camera.
I think it holds the shutter open until the lightning strikes, then takes the pic.

But I am not real confident, so hopefully some one in the know will answer your question.

I use Microsoft Picture Manager, all part of Office, and use the auto-correct, then if I'm not happy with that I'll use Adobe Photo.

Google do a free program called Picasa Photo Organiser
Has a lot of auto and manual photo enhancements
