Well done helena!
thanks Natalie! Yes, I can't quite get my head around just what a bargain this is, but as the agent said to me today, had it been spring with all that woodland out opposite, there's no chance I would have got it for this price, just the fact that it's only just come on the market when I first saw it 2 weeks ago, fate!

Thanks Grandma, you'll have to pop over for a cuppa won'tcha! but if you wanna stay, then it'll be the shed up the top with Elaine - mind you, you'll get a glorious view from up there round the back!!! Hang on, just thought of something here....hmmm, holiday chalet out the back!!!!

Weird isn't it, there we were sitting for all those months, biding our time, and then all of a sudden, not only have we sold, but we found our perfect little home too, fate again though, that's how it works isn't it when you're lucky! I've done the Euromillions tonight too!!! Just in case!!!!

Thanks Kirsty, there'll be loads of pics, especially in that gorgeous wood over the road! I do hope Zena settles quickly, coz some dogs can be funny when you move, especially after having lost the old boy recently, it could tip her over the edge, but I doubt it, she still has us and I'll be busy keeping her on the go! We won't even need the car, I can just cross the road, and instead of a dual carraigeway like I have here to get to a walk when we're onlead, this'll be a doddle won't it!

Loui did take a little while to settle when I moved but it didnt take too long, just lots of reassurance and making sure I didnt leave him too long until he knew it was his home I'm sure Zena will be much the same and it wont affect her too badly
