Everyone seems to be wishing you and Smudge well Jen, including me. I know what it's like, I lost one of mine a lot of years ago. We eventually found her very poorly but she pulled through. Cats seem delicate but really do seem to have nine lives. I sincerely hope Smudge is OK.

Oh dear. Look everywhere you know him to go, under bushes in peoples gardens, ring Vets etc... Hope you find him soon.
