was going to make something to eat two hours ago but it was interesting i haved traveled a lot in africa jorden and i found that so interesting i new they where very strong in that way but so strong that surprised me.

In israel there are big people but they are much healthier than our big people, its has a lot of rice and veg and fish! fruit is amazing out there!

Hayley good for you i don´t know how old you are ? but i hope it goes the way you whant it to i left home when i was 13 and lived in Canada for 1 year then i left when i was 19 joined the army when i left the army stayed in germany many years and enjoyed it now i live in spain and you learn so much about people and they way of life you can´t learn from a book wish you all the best whichever way it goes (it is not easy in a different country )

I sailed to france also, was a 10 day journey and was in the small ships race, came 3rd out of 400 hundred boats and was a crew of 22 on board, amazing exp, i loved it! been sailing 5 times after that!
