A bit better thanks Anne.
She was so happy this morning when I finally got up (a bit late being monday and all ) and started wagging that tail. But it still hurt so she stopped and started crawling. Poor thing. But fingers crossed itīll be over in a couple of days. That dog has too much energy to be sick lol

Last night her teddy had to suffer

I cannot see the pictures, but I have a living picture in front of me. My terrier, Norman, has lost his wag. He ran down the hall & slid into the wall on our hardwood floor. I have never seen him without his perky tail curling over his back continually wagging. Such personality! He seems so sad. He does everything okay, but if I try to lift his tail he yelps. His tail just hangs down. Not used to this. I hope he heals soon - it has been 4 days.

Maybe because it is such an old thread?

Oh poor Norman, hope he soon feels better.

Could his tail be broken?

I don't think it is. I am watching him closely. Last night he wagged several times & lifted his tail to about 10:00 (clock face). This morning we're back to square one, totally down. He runs, jumps up on couch, bed & lap. He has no problem with my touching the tail area or sitting down. Last night he also was shimming on the carpet to scratch his back. The wait for Norman to get his wag back is strenuous! Thank you for caring, Norm sends you "high 5".
