Apparently I own a Golden Retriever!!...

I was told yesterday afternoon in no uncertain terms that my oldest dog is a Golden Retrriever. And here he is.....



Now admittedly this photo was taken a while back and Zane has grown a little. But he is the same colour and has the same features. Am I missing something?

alot of people don't know breeds of dogs....I recently met a very long haired all black Rotti (so I was told)....which was a GSD........ obviously in disguise

Yep, thats a golden retreiver that is! Although it might have a little spaniel mixed in there too, it shows in the ears

Some people you just have to roll your eyes at. I once met a Neopolitan Mastiff in a Boxer body and with the typical Boxer personality. My own dog (Lab sized scruffy black and grey mutt) is apparently a bulldog.
