i'd wanted to do it for ages but couldnt find any classes near me that did it. the class i go to on a monday night the trainer does heelwork to music at advanced level so we asked her if she would do heelwork to music classes for us novices. so we go just once a month. i thoroughly enjoy it and so does sam. just gotta lose the inhibitions though. bit embarrassing dancing around, but i'm sure we'll get there!!
