Bad Experiences With Dogs - xD

Heyaah
I was just thinking the other day, if you have a bad experience and you own a dog, is it enough to put you off walking your dog alone?

Bad experiences with what? With other dogs? People? I'm sure we all meet irresponsible dog owners while on walks...I know I have, I wouldn't let my dog suffer for it though (he looooves walks), I'd choose a different route or something.
