This is what happened to my Wu's sister when she & the rest of the dogs my friends own went down with Gardia-I did tell them to tell the vet to do tests for Gardia-after several weeks the vet did agree to test, it was Gardia & unfortunately it has left Wu's sister with IBS

Thanks again for all the well wishes for little Flash.

He still won't drink but I've been giving him the minimum 20ml per hour by syringe and there is still no sign of dehydration I'm delighted to say. I carried him out in the garden and nothing has happened so MAYBE I've caught it really early this time, or its the calm before the storm The antibiotics I gave him earlier will definitely have been absorbed by now which is great and he hasn't brought the panacur up. He is understandably very miserable and quiet but he is the sweetest patient and Rucksack (who is still fine) seems to understand to leave him alone. However every now and then he goes over to Flash and washes his face ................... ooooh the germs but to be honest he will have already picked any germs up just being with him.

Don't worry about Rucksack 'catching' it I don't think it's something 'catchable'.

All good so far Jenny - fingers and everything else crossed here, eyes, legs (they've been crossed for years!)
