I don't do resolutions but I have set some SMART targets targets for the year and started to make an action plan on how I think I can achieve them. I think new year is a great time to reflect on the success and failures of the past 12 months and look at how you can improve over the coming year.

I'm afraid I've already broken my main New Year's Resolution which was to get up earlier in the morning and take the dogs for a long walk. On New Years Day though when I stuck my nose out of the door and nearly lost it frostbite ... minus 9C, I quickly changed my mind!

And when it gets to about minus 15C anything metal you touch with bare fingers gets welded and you end up puling the skin off
