So what's so good about a forum and how can you get the most out of it?

Well there are lots and lots of fantastic features a forum offers to make your visits fun, enjoyable and easy peasy, but here are two of the best...

Firstly - whenever you visit the forum ALWAYS make sure you log-in, why? Because the forum keeps a note of any new posts that have been made since the last time you visited and it shows you by placing a picture like this:

to the left of the section heading and then once you click into a section, it places it again to the left of any threads that may have new posts.

Secondly, if you take part in a conversation or 'thread' or if you post a new topic and you'd like to be sent an email when someone reply's (saves you having to keep checking for replies!) then click on the grey button above called 'PROFILE' and scroll down to where it says :Always notify me of replies:" then simply click on the dot next to 'yes'. Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Submit' button once you are done.

Also, whilst in the 'Profile' section you can enter your location, interests, your time zone, whether or not to show your email address in the members list area, and many other useful options - you can even upload your very own avatar (the little image that can display next to your name every time you post a message).

As you'll see there are lots of other features such as the ability to send other members Private Messages [PMs] which you can do by clicking the grey button above called 'MESSAGES'.

We're sure you'll discover lot's of little features that will make your surfing the forum a pleasurable experience! However the two feature's we recommend the most are the 'always log-in' one and the 'always notify me of replies' one
