General Election!

Well being the booking clerk for the village hall means you get to know things :smt002 Lets just say that I have had to provisionally book 3 dates Oct/Nov for the hall for a possible election!

I hope the British public aren't that stupid, how can they forget it was the previous labour leader that told a few porkies to get us involved in the first place!

I don't care....

We never voted in our last local election because we had no idea who the candidates were, which parties they were from or anything.

We never had any leaflets, people knocking on the door, notifications of any local meetings.

If they can't be bothered to tell me who they are (leaflets are fine) then I wont vote for any of them!

However, I have met our local MP and he is a nice man, although a bit wet around the ears in some ways.

Well they have kept labour in power for 10 years! We are now living in an economy built on debt!
