cold

ive got a cold thanks to taking rose her walk on monday(it wasnt tht cold when i left but it was by mid walk) so up until last night it was just a sore throat now it pretty much everything...fever,headache,blocked nose, sore throat, painful sinuses and shivers(i.e. everything beechams is suppose to help)

ive took some beechams flu plus pills... NOT helping, if anything making things worse

i HATE winter now

ive been up all night cos i cant get to sleep

Anyone got any tips on how to get rid of cold??
