Life's Mysteries, Dog style.

Why do my three all have identical toy chews, which are left for weeks at a time not even looked at never mind touched. Untill one decides to pick one up then the other two want it, despite the fact there is another two the same.

Why wont they go outside to "do their business" if its raining but are quite happy to run about and play in rain 100 times worse?

Has anyone else got any things they can fathom about dogs?

Why does Bryan not do his business when I let him out before bed, but is desperate to go after I've brushed my teeth, got pyjamas on and got all cozy in bed?

Why is it that I buy idential sized hide chews (one each) yet they spend almost all day swopping from one to the other.

Why do they tease each other with thier ball...swop, then want it back again.

Why is it that Hoki's white hairs are all over anything black that I own and Stumpy's black hairs are all over my light coloured clothes?

We have the hide chew thing here too.

I'll buy identical knotty chews, give them one each, but one will sit untouched.
Inca will steal Tonto's immediately then sit and chew the knots off.
Tonto will then be contantly stealing the knots and the middle bit unless Inca has got a paw on both knots whilst chewing the middle bit.

Only, and I mean only, has that entire chewy gone will they do the same with the next chew.

They also have things that neither will eat..... unless you put human plates down for each with those things on. Then they will eat anything to stop the ther one having it.

Unless it's mushrooms. Neither will eat those. Cat poo, guinea pig beans..... but not mushrooms.

Why is it every night Max makes funny noises before he goes to sleep. (He makes little woof noises, grumbles, groans, then finally quiet - about 15 seconds worth). Only happens last thing at night.
