i read the daily mirror today and they had an article about the finnish entry
all mega death and chainsaws on stage aparently, cant wait for tells coments on that one

i like it but i don't like the entry this year, it shows they can't find a decent enough song to even put the uk in the top ten - unlike the old days where people like bucks fizz won the eurovision song contest. i'll still be watching it though but only the scoring, probably - altho i'll probably be watching the prince's trust which clashes almost directly

i LOVE it!!! its so crap its greta Terry has me in fits every year! And like bodhi i love putting subtitles on so it translates the song - they are so funny....

And this years entry is as dire as ever...

unfortunatley voting is not based on song but on who your neighbouring country is and politics!

Yep I'm an avid fan too! I watch it more for Terry Wogan than anything else but it's an annual event I look forward to. Haven't heard the UK entry yet though but I've got the couch booked for Saturday night, put the phone on answering machine and will be eating the popcorn.
