Not been but wouldn't mind seeing it.

My sisters boyfriend was an extra in the War Horse film. I think it is due out at the end of this year and is directed by Steven Spielberg.

Haven't been but saw a section on Tv about the puppetry and it had some scenes on...it looked amazing but think I might cry!

Yes-I think I saw the same programme too! It was an hour long I think and on over Christmas/New Year holiday period. It looks incredibly moving.

They also took one of the puppets on to BBC Breakfast and showed how they worked it on there-brilliant!

Michael Morpurgo is a very good children's author too. I love his animal books, I buy them for my great-niece but have to check they're suitable first of course!

We were planning on going in the coming weeks, but Bandit has put that back for now, (we cant go away and leave him ) but will get to see it later in the yr,

Just been watching a bit about it on Lorraine, it looks amazing. If we make itto lOndon for a weekend this year thats whatwe will be going to see (I have to admit I haven'tread the book is the ending sad - please pm me if you know so as not to spoil it for anyione not wanting to know )
