Well Wednesday already 20th April 2022

I hope all are well this sunny morning. Tesco coming this morning so I will see what they have done. Hope you all have a sunny day and a peaceful one. Kelly drinking beer won't help the weight loss but as you have said to me a treat is allowed. Lots of times.

Well, I ate crap last week and drunk beer and vodka and managed to lose weight....so Karen just said do what I am doing. I don't drink anywhere near as much as I used to and I can't remember the last time I had a slice of bread or a potato....think the potato may have been the week before last. Eating salad isn't an issue in sprin/summer but I doubt I will enjoy it in winter......think I will be back on home made soup then. Need to go to Asda today and see if they have any salad in..... couldn't get an iceberg in Sainsbury's, really not sure what's going on....Tesco and Sainsbury's here seem lacking in the most bizarre stuff but Asda always seems well stocked

Strange that because my tesco order came and the only thing out of stock was daffodils. Weird deliveries from abroad I suspect. Hope you are ok. Margaret coming so I am cooking a sort of chinese. Have a good day.

Busy morning. Up early and over to Ben's to sort them out for school and work. Both the girls very upset because mum went home last night so have informed the school to call if a problem. Car booked in for MOT and service at the end off May and eye test booked for next week. Have also shredded a load of documents and done the ironing as well as taking Teazle out. Phew now cooking lunch then a rest before collecting the girls and ferrying to gymnastics and back here for a meal for them all.
