how do i play with a biting puppy?

My puppy bites all the time and I find it impossible to play with her, I have followed all advice regarding biting inhibition but none of it is working so I am just hoping she grows out of it!
The thing is that I want spending time with her to be fun for both of us but any attempt to play with her results in her biting me, she is only tiny but has very sharp teeth and it really hurts, I'm sure people must think I am self harming with all the scratches on my arms and hands!
Any ideas how I can play with her at the same time as avoiding the biting??
