Tinky, Winky little Socks
Socks is a 1 year old fox terrier, he is a real live wire and loves to play, and really enjoys nice long walks.
He is good with most dogs but I am afraid he doesn’t like cats. He is also not used to young children, so he cannot be rehomed with children.
Socks can get very excited by some things, he is a bit like my Hector, he’ll get carried away if you are playing with him, or anything that gets him hyped up and he can get a bit mouthy and nip you, this is excitement, and a firm no or a scream will calm him down.
He can sometimes be anxious whilst in his kennel, and a bit afraid of you (this could be due to the kennel environment), if he doesn’t understand what you want from him, with a nice soft reassuring voice he calms down and is fine. Socks doesn’t respond to any harsh tones or heavy treatment, he is a very sensitive little boy, that needs a loving home, with doggie friends to show him the ropes. Socks will benefit from training.
Socks is adopted with six weeks free insurance, he is micro chipped, vaccinated, neutered and has received flea and worming treatment.
