3 cheers getting a mobility car!

a dream come true we are getting a brand new car - my first ever

anyone got any advice on what we should go for. have rung a couple of dealerships to make appointments to see what they can offer. off to see vauxhall and ford both of which i have driven in the past.

ford are poor in motability i find

we always use vauxhall, the new astra is lovely

we always ahd a zafira but this year they have rocketed in price and are like 2k to get one whereas the astra was like 200, we sued to pay like 500 for the mid range zafira :S

only complaint really.

and we have to pay an extra 1k premium now on the insurance as my dad has ahd a few accidents, nothign major but if you make more then 3 - 4 claims a year then they might make you pay an addiitional premium next time.

My friend has a Nissan Micra, it would seem that Nissans are very reliable. I had a Nissan van and never had any bother with it.

My BIL works for Renault and says that they are very reliable too, the Meganes are very nice.

I have a Fiat Brava and don't have any bother with that!

Bet you can't wait to get your car. Great news.
