You are a strong person Ian,but you need to look deep inside yourself to realise it-everyone has an inner strength they can rely on in times of need.
You will always have friends here to talk to,so please dont hesitate in asking.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through such a bad patch Ian. I know you must be feeling very down at the moment and at such times words intended to comfort and cheer can sound rather hollow. But we do care deeply about you. You are in our thoughts and our good wishes to you are heartfelt. I hope that the support of all your friends here will be of some help to you.

Things can often seem overwhelming during the dark hours of the night so do remember that I am usually around in the lonely hours if you need someone to talk with.

Thank you very much to you all for your support. This morning I do feel a weeny bit stronger, I have had a good nights sleep, that helps. So on Sunday night I am going to have an early night and take a nytol to try and get a really descent sleep, also I am going to start taking my pain killers properly - I don't like taking them just because they are there if you know what I mean.

It's just I wish I knew where I stood.

Again thanks for your kind thoughts, I know I can call on you anytime.

Ian
