Any eBay sellers around?

I've sold something (Hurrah! ) and they paid with PayPal.

Does anyone know if an invoice automatically went out to them or was I meant to send one? If so, how do I do that?

Go into 'My Ebay' panel, go into 'Sold' section - next to the item will be a drop down panel which lets you select emails that are system generated such as congratulations you have paid, and; Your item has been dispatched etc etc....select the appropriate one, (The default is set to 'Second Chance Offer')

Also Paypal sends system generated 'You have paid' emails without you needing to do anything.

But it's always good to use the ebay generated emails to let your buyer know you've dispatched the item

Just a little tip, give the person feedback after they have received the goods and given you feedback

I've given positive feedback to people in the past and they end up being royal nightmares, and for delivery, 2nd class recorded signed for is a life saver, for those people who sometimes conveniently say the item never arrived
