any ideas what will remove biro ink

from my new cream leather sofa

noah has been a very naughty boy and i have biro scribbled all over it! ive tried a damp cloth which has made it fade slightly but im not sure what else to try?

If I remember, I'll have a look at work tomorrow, I housekeep at a hotel and we have a poster thingy up in the laundry with how to remove stains and I'm pretty sure Biro is on it!!

I looked at work, but forgot to write it down.

I remember that there was something about using a cotton bud with some nail varnish remover on it, I think. There was something to do before that, but I haven't the foggiest what it was!!

Will re-look tomorrow, and will try and remember to write it down!
