Am new

I thought I'd say hi! I currently don't own a dog I do however have two French lop rabbits So currently researching into which breed would suit me! I've so far fallen for Eurasier, Weimaraner, cocker and soft coated wheaten terriers all very different.

Thinking about going to Crufts this year to check out the discover dogs to get a bit more hands on with them. Is this a good idea?! As all the bad press about Crufts last year! I've had dogs all my life but they were looked after by the parents now I'm more than capable of looking after my own I reckon!

So I'll snoop about and check out the forum for more info!!

Sammy

Hi Sammy, welcome to the forum!

I have 4 Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, they are lovely dogs! If you have any questions about them, fire away

I would defiantly recommend going to Discover Dogs at Crufts. It's an excellent way to meet the dogs and talk to people about them.

And the bad press Crufts recieved last year, is very much the same as anything printed in the press - You tend to get very biased, sensationalized reports from people who don't actually have a clue what they are talking about

Yea I thought as much Yea always watched crufts never been, so think its a must now I'm considering a dog.

Wow four! That must be a handful lol They are such beautiful dogs hmmm questions - I guess the main thing is what they like with smaller animals? Are they likely to chase them? Oh what are they like being left for a few hours at a time? As I work but live walking distance so go home every lunch time. All I can think of off the top of my head
