Oh - that is really really sad TW, and no wonder Martin C was crying. He is a true animal person isn't he, and that would have devastated him. I am rather glad that I didn't watch it now.

Evening everyone - Really glad I missed that Clunes and Lion thing - I am a pragmatist and fully understand the laws of nature, but fail to see entertainment side of something like that. Both the Mem and I like happy endings and nice jolly progs. so actively seek to avoid anything of this ilk. Lynn are you sure that bi-carb and p'nut butter thing actually works? I have got rid of hundreds of the damn things over the years, I am forever getting invites to "bob over for a brew - Oh and bring yer polecats". The Mem had a tittering convulsion when I said about your concoction - she (rather coarsely for her) made the suggestion that perhaps you want them to poo themselves to death! (only she didn't say poo). Bye fer now.

My dear Bitkin - You are bound to have a grand time with the GS - and fear not HL will soon be back to administer comfort and succour (albeit in an untidy sort of way!) With these few words I offer you my absolute support , from a distance, and wish you the very best of Goodnights. Bye fer now.

Off for a soak, and hope I don't have anyone getting in touch with questions in the early hours because I really need a decent nights sleep. So much on my mind that it is whizzing like a dervish at the moment.
