Thanx 4the links i've decided ill get him started it on soon i have a tug pillow and im sure his jaw is well set as he is gripping it very well. Ill try and get 2 B&Q after work lol 2get a good rope and a strong spring!:P thanx 4the tips ill be sure 2make sure his feet are always on the ground the main purpose of me using the springpole will be 2 get his neck strong as i plan weighting pulling with my pup i already have a pulling harness and trolley 4him and he seems to be doing quiet well.

I still think he is really young for that and pulling too plenty of time to build up his strength as he ages if he is gonna be a good puller he will, but he is your dog and you know best Good luck.

Let him pull the empty trolley, DO NOT PUT WEIGHT ON, until he is at least 1 year old, or your pulling dreams, will end in tears. This is posted with a genuine concern for both your dog and yourself, Good Luck.

hes not pulling anything really just the empty trolley im trying 2train him 2pull on command lol what a mission! so hes pulling about 10kgs max lol i met a few people with lots of good pulling dogs and they recommened i get him used 2the harness and trolley now. im thinking about taking him to a few shows so he can have a look.

My mistake yeah I dont see a problem getting him used to the equipment.

Recently I was on an AB site and there were some young dogs pulling over 500lbs, 14 week pups pulling weight. They maintain it is okay but I dont really agree myself. Each to their own I guess.
