How much water do you drink?

How much water do you drink???
Tap,bottled or filtered????
If bottled what would be your brand of choice??

My detox starts with more water from tomoz....

AS much as possible since my kidney stone, preferably San Pelligrino.

None at all....
I hate water!
I hardly drink anything tbh...caused lots of problems in hospital!!

Does tea count? I drink between 5-7 cups of tea a day. Then maybe 2-3 glasses of water a day. If I'm working I have less tea and more water. Plus the odd glass of fruit juice.

I also dislike water and am supposed to be drinking lots becaue of my kidney problems. I find the strawberry volvic nice but its expensive to be drinking lots of it

I drink water most of the day. I have a decaff coffee when I get up & a decaff at lunchtime & thats it. Every drink I have inbetween & after that is water. I just have tap water in a filterjug. I get through about 2-3 jugs a day.

I drink loooooads of water, always have! If im at home then I get through about 7/8 pints a day.


If im working and out and about I think I drink more but not sure, im always buying bottles when im out

not enough

I don't like plain water - If I can have tea in it I probably have around 15 mugs a day

Similar here. I'm thirsty all day long, to the point where you would think I have diabetes!

I drink it straight from the tap, but our tap is a britta tri-lever one, which gives filtered water, so for the most part I drink that. I always cringe about how much bottled water costs.
