Daily Thread Sunday 25th October

Good morning everyone

Hope you all remembered to put your clocks back - had a lovely lie in

What a night very windy and torrential rain. However nice morning now. Teazle walked and leaves swept up from outside front and back doors. Have also picked some sprout for lunch but most need to grow on a bit.

Hope all are well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Good morning Moyra, Sue and everyone else. Two threads so opted for the one that came up first on the list (sorry Moyra)

Heavy rain all night, but, oh my, what a beautiful sunny morning. Very breezy, but the blue skies make up for it.

We went to town early for our walk today because of the combination of Sunday, blue skies and half term holidays. Glad we did because the car parks were already filling up and more people walking around by the time we set off back.

As proof men never listen, I told my OH 3 times yesterday about the clocks and he still 'forgot' <sigh>

You have some odd shift patterns still I expect it's worth it when the pay cheque arrives

Bruno has been eating slightly better, still not his normal appetite but getting there. A relief to both of us.

Done the clocks apart from the ones in the kitchen which I can't remember how to do and might just leave them after all we never look at them anyway.

We used to put tuna on dogs dinners to get them to eat. Drained of course.

I go to work to keep sane and routine but mainly because l enjoy it. Yes I moan a bit but that's me The pay check is always nice as I have discovered as semi retired when you are living off pension and or savings they dimin9ish quickly the wage keeps the status quo.

I am back in again tonight 4-8
