Pitta Bread

Stupid question - does this have to be cooked or toasted or can you just take it out of the pack and stuff it with filling?

It's for a packed lunch.

Hi LS, they dont have to be toasted, but they do taste nice toasted

no they are ready to eat....also cut it into strips, dry fry and use with dip....yummy!

The wholemeal Pitta breads are really nice too

We get the Cauldron Organic falafahls and stuff them inside with lemon drizzled on top and hummous, really nice
