Hovis Puppies

Hi
Thought I would start a thread as Hovis' puppies are due this week. She is getting huge and is now not allowed to chase balls, which she still seems to think she can do. People were throwing balls for their dogs in the park and I was mean and put her on her lead so she could join in the fun.
Her due date is the 24/4/15 but they could be her anytime. I have booked to go and see Dara O'Brian on Tuesday which I booked ages ago before she was pregnant, so I am really hoping she can keep her paws crossed and not deliver on Tuesday. But is she does then I will just have to go and see him another time. She did whelp three days early last time but that might be as lots of the dogs at the guide dogs were whelping so they might have triggered her. Anyway she is due to have around 7-8 puppies but the guide dogs say to expect anything from a couple either side so she could have between 5-10 puppies. They should be some black and some yellow as she is crossed between and black lab and a golden retriever. Nut who knows I do know that the puppies are going to be a V litter and got to pick out some cool names for them. They might not all be V though as some will probably be sponsored so will have other names.

Will post more about the puppies and photos when they arrive.

Thinks the puppies are on their way. Hovis temp has dropped and she is looking restless. Thought they might be here last night so check on her every few hours. But no puppies so think they must be coming today.

Fingers crossed.
