That is bonkers!! Seeing as all bar one of the vets round here refuse to spay preseason lots of people have no choice but to let their dogs have one season! They don't have the choice to not have a bitch in season at some point!
To deliberately chose not to neuture your dog and then complain about other people's bitches seem ludicrous to me!
