Blackie's leg - LIMPING

just want a bit of advice on whether i need to call on the vet again. went for a walk with both doggies this morning and at one point blackie went and got his ball and came back to us limping. we checked the leg and the paw all over but couldnt see any obvious damage area of pain. he managed to keep going without showing any more symptons. now after a long rest, he is limping again and seems a bit unwilling to walk anywhere. have checked leg again but cant see any reason.

what should i do? it is not the leg he recently hurt. its his rear left leg as you are looking at him

Had a similar thread from Mummysboy fairly recently. Have it checked as it could be a problem with his cruciate ligament. It often happens when dogs are playing or running about. Hope it's not too serious though.

I'd get it checked, could be nothing to worry over like a sprain but as pointed out it could also be more serious.

Ozzy has cruciate problems and had to have an op, it is best to get the vet to look over him, hopefully it will be nothing too serious.

Hi, I wouldn't want to worry you too much, but this does sound like a possible ligament injury. I've recently been there, had the op etc..

Wishing you good luck at the vets, hoping it is not of course an injury.
