Inca I am not sure if it is in other dog food or not but will be keeping an eye out just in case. Seems to me this woman is on the defensive and when that happens she has something to hide IMO

This is the bit that worries me.
It is not permitted in human food and led to deaths and permanent damage in humans so what is it going to do to our dogs then? no matter how small an amount is in there it should not be there at all

Maybe the more pressure that owners put on them the quicker they will remove it...after all they don't want their sales to drop off. More posts on their forum from new members will probably help shift their thinking.

Lisa is this their forum or is it another forum for burns? also it does not have this vitK on the packets either so wonder how someone found out it was in burns food in the first place?

Yes that is the Burns forum...it goes directly to them. I think it was "Poppys Mum" the lady that they are threatening legal action against that started it by asking them if their food contains it...they said yes and I reckon she must have contacted other pet food manufacturers and asked...Burns don't list it on their food packets, that's what makes it weird...why would they hide it?

Burns website is http://www.burns-pet-nutrition.co.uk/ ..on the left is a list and it says "Health forum", then click on "General Discussion" you can get to it from there aswell.
