Friends of my Mum re-newed thier wedding vows after 25 years of marriage. I thought it was the most romantic thing ever (coming from someone who's anti-marriage )

Have been thinking about renewing our Vows for our 30th Wedding anniversary next year. Don't want a party or anything 'flash' if you know what I mean, just the 2 of us, thought about Gretna Green?
This may sound like a daft question, but, should you renew them on the same day that you were originally married............?

Yes I do. Hubs daughter did a couple yrs ago, the church organised it & it was great
