My Daughters Patterdale.

This is who we went to lunch with today


This is Molly, a rather fat and noisy 10 year old Patterdale. As with all dogs she loved hubby and insists on sitting with him all day!

She's pretty. She reminds me of my Nigredo. Curly black hair, and rather fat and noisy

I'm sure he'd love your hubby, as well. Man of few words, he seems... could be wrong, though. I'm so jealous of everyone's well lit homes, ours is always so dreary.

Now you mention it Myra, she is like Nigredo!
She drives me mad with her barking
Hubby is very shy and relates to animals more than humans. All dogs especially love him and he can do anything with them.

Yes, I could sense that hubby was a quiet and reserved man. Nothing wrong with that, lots of women WISH their husbands etc. were like that! Some people really "have a way" with animals. He seems a gentle soul, usually people who nearly ALL dogs take a liking to are good and kind people.

I'd always wanted a black dog .... then I got Gwylim, my mini Schnauzer and discovered that unlike most colours ..... you can't see a black dog in the dark! He now wears a flashing collar when he goes out in the evening!

Haha I won't be telling my hubby all these complimentary remarks .....well it might embarrass him.
He is very quiet, shy and easy-going, until something upsets him
I don't think you would lose Molly even in the dark, I have never met such a noisy dog!

I lose Nigredo in the dark all the time. I'll stumble over him etc. and I'll often tell my mom I didn't see him... to which she promptly responds... HOW CAN YOU MISS THAT 90 LB DOG? Because he's black!!! Is the answer. We do this as a joke all the time.
