Being reported in the media, well a few snippets claiming 1 in 3 dog owners have been bitten, sounds like a lot.

Yeah it as quite distressing to read how few people actually understand the needs of dogs and all pets to be honest, out of the street i live in less than half actually take the dogs outside of the backyard.
