Roxy on her own today...

Well here goes, the first time again since destroying my room.

I left her this morning with the whole house, 2 filled Kongs, Treats hidden everywhere, the TV on and her DAP Diffuser plugged in, so let cross fingers!!!

I went and told the lady downstairs what was happening and got stuck there, which made me late for work, but she has got my mobile number and she has invited me round for a cup of tea after work.

I only have half day today to be with Roxy this afternoon, but next week will be the biggest challenge, as, apart from lunchtimes, she will have to go whole days.

I hope she does well today, I was already panicking whilst driving away. Just dont want her to distress the old lady too much (or destroy the house for that matter too!)

Hope she doesn't trash the house whilst she's looking for the treats. No seriously I'm sure she will be fine!

how old is she? I have two 'client' friends at the moment who both have labs that destroy the house when they leave. I mentioned a crate, and they both looked at me as if i was evil... why do some people think this is such a bad idea? I mean what if a young dog ate a wire and was badly injured. i think we expect too much from dogs these days....

Thanks for your support guys, I know she'll be fine, I'm just a worrier

jess - I do have a crate and I totally agree with them, however Roxy never really took to it (or should I say I never really put in enough time to train her in it) But if I find the house destroyed I will probably give it another go. Im sure it'll be fine though.

Trouble - thanks for that, I'm more worried now
