Beau was my older brother's gundog to begin with when he was a gamekeeper but when he moved to Ireland to work with Sheep - Beau was a bit of a liability.
My brother gave him to me for my 17th birthday present which would have been a year or so after this picture was taken.
As for my hair LOL

Nothing like that - it was a photograph I sent to my better half lot long after we met. I just asked and she said she tore it and folded it to fit in this little frame.
