Skip, Parson's type Jack Russell Terrier, DOB 10 – Godstone, Surrey


Homing Requirements: Skip needs a terrier family who can support him so he settles when meeting dogs outside and have patience whilst he learns to live in his new home. Skip will need extender lead walks to give him a sense of freedom whilst guiding dog encounters. Skip needs a secure garden with family awareness around gate and door management. Probably to live as an only pet. Skip could like with older children but would always need to be walked by a responsible adult

His Story: Skip was found stray and waited in the pound too long so we were asked to take him. He is now neutered, chipped and vax'd.

Advert: Skip will put a skip in your step and keep you on your toes! Skip is a fantastic terrier who is wasted in kennels and will take time to unwind and settle once he has left the building. Unassessed within a home setting but he really sells himself with all who meet him. He can initially bark with excitement on meeting other dogs but settles within confident hands.

Skip is a smooth furred Parson 'type' Jack Russell Terrier who is around 18 months old. He has alert, intelligent and dashing eyes and shows keen interest in his surroundings with the nose in hot pursuit of any spotted curiosity. He relates well when meeting all people but he is not a first time dog/terrier owner's lad. He deserves to have a family who will guide him, keep him safe and offer him home comforts to indulge in on return from his all weather walks.

Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
