My mum always has trouble with furniture from Littlewoods, best thing to do is re-order the whole lot, just take out the bits you want and call them to collect the rest telling them the parts were missing.

Mum ordered a lovely dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sets of legs were missing, so they asked her to pack the whole lot back up and they would send it all out again, so she just re-ordered, took out what she needed and called for them to collect the rest.

Get yourself down the auction rooms H, buy something brown and then go buy a tin of cream gloss paint. It'll be quicker and less hassle!
